Purchased Using PayPal or a Credit/Debit Card
Due to the nature of virtual points, we will only refund your payment if the transaction was done in error or fraudulently and only if the virtual points are still available within your account. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the refund process.
Purchased Using In-App Purchases on Windows Phone or Google Play
Refunds on purchases made using in-app purchases within the Windows Phone or Android apps are handled by Microsoft and Google, respectively. Please be aware that we may suspend your account as a result of an inappropriate refund request.
Monthly Subscription Using Credit/Debit Card
You can cancel your Gold Membership by logging into your account at https://www.wnmlive.com/account. Once logged in, select the button labeled "Cancel Gold Membership". Your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further charges will be made to your credit/debit card. If you are still within the 7 day free trial period, no charges will have been made to your credit/debit card. No prorated refund will be made if you cancel before the current membership period would have otherwise expired.
Purchased Using In-App Subscription on Google Play
You can cancel your subscription from within the Google Play store app.
